” We are using the the_title(); function there (part-post.php file is what you are looking for) so no __() function is needed “

Any suggestions? is it a qTranslate issue?
What can I do to resolve my problem?

What you could do, find the template file for the pages where it works for example: zeebra.it/professionisti/
Search for the title code an see how this looks.

Find then the template file for the blog page and compare the code for the title with the one where it works.

You have to remember that with “Port ThemeTrust” theme, the Blog page has not any body, its body is build automatically showing all the posts, so it works different; xTransalte consider this?
