    Hi,

I’m struggling to correct the rankings of my users.

Here you’ll see the rankings and points I’ve encoded.
    https://ibb.co/6s96y56

This shows how the ranks don’t reflect.
    https://ibb.co/YDqzspt
#1 – Some of the users don’t have a ranking
#2 – You can see that 13,000 points is supposed to be “Citrine” but the user is listed as “Amethyst (Precious Level)”

Here, you can see that there are only 3 users with the rank of “Amethyst (Precious Level)” but the rankings page is listing 16 users.

There’s also 250 users that have 0-20,000+ points but the recorded users with rankings is a lot less than 250:

In general, the encoded points are not reflecting the ranking the users are supposed to have. How can I solve this? It’s happening to all the ranks — most users either have no rank or incorrect rank.

    Thank you!
    Hope to receive support.

    Hi @anneyu,

I would like to know a few things,
Are you awarding the points manually in any case.
Have you set it to ‘Based on Current Balances’ in settings https://prnt.sc/pndnzd
Did you enable/activate ranks feature just recently, when some of the users had already gained some points.

    Thanks

    Hi,

It’s okay now. I found the resolution. I made updates on the points and ranks, and all I needed was to hit “Assign Ranks to Users” so the updates will be reflected.

    Thank you, anyhow!
