@downhouse00 – Unfortunately we are not able to recreate this issue with Russian language sites and will need a great deal more details to help troubleshoot this issue.

For the custom CSS, try adding the !important directive to those properties that are still being over-ridden.

    Thanks!

    1. it is on the clear installation. Without plugins or anything else.
    version 2.0.66.37 – works fine.
Trouble with encoding come after upgrade to 2.0.76
    What details do you need?

    2. I know about !important.

https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/css/ Is this not working now in version 2.0.76?
Why is ngg_styles folder, if i need to write !important?
I can do it in themes style.css also.

Why my custom styles loading before nextgen_basic_slideshow.min.css?
It should be the opposite, isn’t?

@downhouse00 – We are working on ensuring the stylesheets load in the most appropriate order, this particular case may still be reviewed for your custom CSS.

Use of the !important directive is explained well at many sites, try searching “CSS !important”

As to the encoding issue, maybe send us a Bug Report at https://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/

    Thanks!

On right loading of styles is no need to write !important.
    !important is undesirable directive.

    Perhaps, i stay on 2.0.66.37

2.0.76 have too mutch bugs for use it on the real sites.
