’ encoding apostrophe issue

    I’m getting an encoding issue in my H1 header that uses Unlimited Elements. I’ve checked the standard solutions but nothing works. This only happens in my Gear Review section posts where Unlimited Elements is used and not in my other blog posts. Please advise.
