Encoding error

The plugin applies the same encoding to authors’ names as to the content of reviews. Can you please confirm if you are still experiencing this issue?

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If this is not the case, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

Unfortunately, the problem remains.
The problem appears only if the name of the author has a capital Czech letter. For example, the name will be a letter ?,?,?,?.
If the name is not a capital letter ?,?,?,? then there is no error.

“Kate?ina D.” – in this case does not show an error.

“Kate?ina ?.” – shows an error. The error itself is below.

2. Where do you see the error? Can you please make a screenshot and provide a link to the screenshot of the error?

plugin version – “Verze 3.92”
An error is generated when creating an “XML feed” file.
