• I’ve come across an HTTP 500 error on my website, and my hosting provider suggested that it might be linked to an invalid plugin. I’m reaching out for assistance in identifying and resolving this issue. Could you please provide guidance on the steps I can take to pinpoint the problematic plugin responsible for the error? Additionally, any insights on how to rectify the situation and restore the functionality of my website would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

Deactivate all plugins and reactivate 1-by-1 will help you troubleshoot to narrow down the source of the “invalid plugin”.

If your webhosting plan offerers a “staging site” you could do the plugin deactivation in the staging site (a copy of your website in a private area) instead of your live website.

Alternatively: Use?FTP?to log into your website and navigate to the?wp-content/plugins?folder. Find the folder of the plugin that you wish to disable and rename it to something else, such as?disabled_plugin.?This will deactivate the plugin?

The issue has been fixed or not?
