Encountering ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED error

  • I have started facing this issue since yesterday. I am not even able to log into wp-admin.
    Following are the things I tried to fix the issue:
    1. Disabling all plugins [Didn’t work]
    2. Installing the default theme [Worked, but..]

    The issue seems to come back when the current theme, namely Edumart theme is installed back (Using CPanel and DB).
    Suspecting that the theme files might have been corrupted, I downloaded the theme again and replaced the existing theme directory with the new one. The issue is persisting.

    Please help.

    If the default theme work and if the problem reappear when you switch to your Edumart theme, then contact the theme’s developers.

    Since you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    @t-p Now even the default WordPress theme isn’t working. Currently the theme TwentyTwentyOne is activated (via phpMyAdmin).
    All the other subdomains are working fine, so it does not seem to be a server issue.
    Can you please help?

    In FF, I get the following error:

    Secure Connection Failed
    An error occurred during a connection to nacptpharmacollege.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

    Ask your your hosting provider if servers are down or any other problem.
