Encrypted Buttons failing recently

Basically the same problems we had already:
https://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/encrypted-paypal-subscription-button-error/It’s not happening for every user – maybe 10% of users are affected – I have not found out a clear pattern yet.
Happened for users with account paypal.de and paypal.nl so far. If they repeatedly click on the link to checkout at some point the get the payment through – but it’s clear most users won’t do this and therefore losing sales is very likely!
