End date not showing

Hello

Can you let us know what version you are running?
Is it the free or the pro one?

The reason I ask this is because displaying the end date is only available in the pro version.

Hi im running the FREE version, but cant see anywhere thats its a PRO feature, shouldnt be it “disabled when its a PRO feature, so i cant choice it from the FREE version ?

This feature is not listed at all in the free version.
I mean, you can set an end date for a poll in the free version but there is no option to display this date on a poll.

In the pro version there is a dedicated option for this.

Thanks for the help but to avoid misunderstandings in the future, perhaps you remove the possible choice of FREE users to be able to change from “end date” = never to custom date
and therafter be able to set a date + time in the calendar, i bit confusing i think, when its a PRO feature not a FREE feature :o)

I agree with you.
Currently it’s a bit confusing.

Going to try to explain (better this time I hope).

In the free version you can set “End Date” to “Custom Date” and choose a date and time from the calendar.
Polls with “End Date” set to “Custom Date” won’t accept any votes after the date chosen.
This way you don’t have to worry about manually closing votes for a poll.

What is extra in the pro version is the ability to display the “Custom Date” on the poll (regular format or as a countdown).

I hope this clears the confusion.

Now this gives sense :o)

I just tried to edit a poll with a date “yesterday” and it said this poll is closed and take no more new votes….

So i just have to write in the text of my poll- answer before a certain date, so my users know when this poll will end, and in the PRO verison – they are able to see this either
by a regular format or by a countdown…
