End of Post Form Subscription adding to Mailchimp list but sending no PDF email

    I have tested the opt in form at the end of my posts. The email address is showing in my list on mail chimp, but no confirmation email, or free PDF email is being sent to the email address?

    Also, I have tested my top bar sign up form and it didn’t work but then it did. It seems to be sporadic as to whether it works or not? Is there any explanation for this?
