• Hello..

I have an issue that I cannot seem to fix. I clicked the upgrade button on my site and it immediately threw an Internal Server Error. I have run all types of tests, tried rolling it back..nothing.. I cannot seem to get errors to display so that I can debug the site..

In my logs, this is all I am getting over and over again

End of script output before headers: index.php
[Sun Aug 19 19:07:48.602581 2012] [cgid:error] End of script output before headers: upgrade.php
[Sun Aug 19 19:07:48.678894 2012] [cgid:error] End of script output before headers: index.php

I cannot find anything more to tell me what is going on… I do have shell access, but not database access as I am doing this as a pro-bono…

    The site address is https://dev.nccf-cares.org/

I know I am missing something and I have tried every fix that I can find, but to no avail..

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

  • You might wanna try the manual install instead

don’t forget to backup your site first. Also you don’t have the database access, make sure you have the correct database connection info at hand, might need it.

Thanks for your help.. I tried the manual install and no luck.

I even tried to wipe out the install myself and do a clean one to see if I could get it going and nothing..

I am just going to ask my host to kill it and reinstall it and see what I can migrate from there. I have never had this much trouble with an upgrade.

I see, maybe there is a problem with the server settings on your host.

    Hope it gets resolved soon.
