    I have set this up before but only once per year I used this short code

    [ewz_followup idents=”2021cln1,2021cln2,2021cln3,2021cln4,2021cln5″ show=”title,caption,description,tag,item_data”]

    And I get the images and the selection the max of 5 images does work and the submit button on the end. I select the ones I want to enter and click the submit. But I do not see where they are stored, I am missing something but don’t know what I am missing or looking for.

    The images are still stored in the webform folders where they were originally uploaded. No extra copies are uploaded.

    Yes I just figured it out It is in the ratings form I had a Memory Lapse, Just select all the clinics and all the categories but only the selected ones for end of year.
