    Hi there,

I’m attempting to let my end-users (subscriber WP user type) self-service change their avatars, however, when I use the default shortcode, it allows the user to see the entire media library, which I do not want. I am using the free version of the plugin at the moment. . . do I absolutely need the pro version to allow users to upload/edit their own avatar without seeing the entire media library? Thanks…

PS: Plugin seems great so far, I’m working with a non-profit so I’m trying to reduce their costs by using free plugins where possible.

  • Hello,
Please go to the settings page and enable “Allow Contributors & Subscribers to upload avatars”. Your subscriber won’t able to access the media library. They have to browse the avatar image and apply it on a plugin. If you need more functionality you can migrate into the PRO version.

    Thanks
