Endicia/Stamps.com + WooCommerce

    Hi there,

    I’m using Endicia ORDERS solution (web) for shipping.

    I’ve connected my store with Endicia, it’s pulling the orders from the WooCommerce store through API requests, and we are able to get all the order details.

    However, when the order is shipped, it was supposed to update the order status in WooCommerce automatically, but it isn’t working.

    I have confirmed that all the info/updated status is being sent to WooCommerce, but it somehow is blocking the system to be updated.

    Could someone please assist me on that issue?

    Hi @flljim , unfortunately I couldn’t find any solution through Endicia Web.

    However, I found a work around using ShipStation (which has the same parent company as Endicia). I was able to smoothly connect ShipStation with WooCommerce, then linked my Endicia account with ShipStation and everything worked fine.
