ending chat; agent name

    I have a Warning encountered regarding this plugin:

    Also, I have two problems:
    1. Ending chat on the user’s end is not possible: “Unable to set status. Try again”. Also, a chat transcript that is sent to the user’s mail is very important, and by being unable to end chat they can’t receive it.
    2. When starting chat, Chat box intro is not visible, just name, e-mail, and GDPR Compliance. Also, can the label “Support” in the chat box be changed?

    Because of them (the first one has more importance) I am not able to use this plugin to communicate with my users.
