    Hi, my name is Caleb. I am using the Duplicator plugin to make a copy of my site to move into a dev environment so I can do whatever I need to it without having to worry about breaking the live site. But when I try to make a copy of my site with the plugin, I go through the initial setup, it scans my site, then I go to build the package and it starts building it, but after it runs for a bit the screen switches over to a blank loading screen from my site and gets stuck there. Any ideas?

    Thank you, I believe I was having issues with web server timeout. Unfortunately my server admin won’t change the timer value so I guess I will have to find some other way to duplicate my site. I am also sorry for wasting your time on this, I must have missed the FAQ regarding timeout issues when I was looking through them the other day.

    Hey @calebq,

    If your needing to just move the site you can add some path filters to get the overall size down so that it builds. If you can give the developer version a try the next version has some improved UI screens that will help you filter down larger files. The very latest version (1.2.9) can be found by following these instructions:

    -> Download Latest Version
    -> Uninstall your current version and install this one on a test test.
