Endless loading during register and login

    Hi,

    I have problem with my customers logging in in my wocommerce store. I cannot register a customer. When I register as a customer it loads endlessly when I click “register”.

    I then made a customer user manually in wordpress and tried to log in with this user. When I click “log in” the same problem happens. The button just loads endlessly for several minutes without anything happening.

    It works fine on iPhone. Why is it a problem on PC?

    Hello @akself,

    I understand your concern about the issue you are facing with the endless loading during user registration and login.

    In most cases, this is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin and the best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

    To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing the conflict.?You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
