    Hi,

    I’m using the free version of the plugin, and I want the user to be able to choose a time slot for delivery. These are my “Date Settings” https://prnt.sc/unr7u8 and these are my “Time Slot” settings https://prnt.sc/unr84s

    The problem is, when the user access checkout page, it gets stuck with an infinite loading, and eventually the pages stops working with a browser error popup. If I remove all the time slots available and set only one, it works fine. The problem always appear when I set more time slots. Is this a common issue? Does anyone know how to deal with this?

    Apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

    I have set Delivery Days and Delivery Times as per your screenshot but I am not able to replicate this bug. Here is the screenshot of the settings: https://prnt.sc/upxtl5 , https://prnt.sc/upxyls

    Can I know which version of PHP you are using and please share with me the screenshots of all the setting pages and some other details to replicate this bug?

    Also, tell me which theme you are using on your site?

    I’ve installed the plugin on a new site.
    WP 5.5.1
    WC 4.5.2
    PHP 7.2
    Theme: Storefront

    Only WooCommerce and Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce installed.
    The error only happens when I select 2 or less Delivery Days in the general settings.
    In my case we just want Monday.
    The checkout will freeze when doing the initial ajax refresh.

    I hope that helps find the bug ??

    Hi,

    Theme: Divi
    Wordpress 5.5.1
    Woocommerce 4.5.0
    PHP 7.2

    We only changed the following screens:
    https://prnt.sc/unr7u8
    https://prnt.sc/uqhjpr
    https://prnt.sc/unr84s

    The rest is unchanged from the free plugin.

    I guess me and @morganhvidt share the same problem. The page freezes on the initial ajax refresh.

    Hi @mcruz and @morganhvidt,

    I could replicate the issue at our end where the checkout page hangs when the current day is not available in the delivery days.

    Can you please confirm that you are facing the issue on that day which is not available for delivery?

    We will be fixing this bug in the upcoming plugin update.

    Yes, I can confirm that. I can replicate that 100% of the time.

    Looking forward for the update. Do you have an estimate when will it be available for download?

    Right now we have not decided the timeline yet. But I will notify you here as soon as we will release an update or you can create the ticket on our support tool to get the modified copy before the plugin release.

    Yep, I have the same problem.
    I have disabled the plugin as it is not allowing any orders through.

    Do you have a better solution than to just wait for an update sometime in the future?

    We released the Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce Lite v3.11.3 in which we included the fix for the issue that you reported here.

    Could you upgrade the plugin & let us know how the plugin update works?
