    Hi!

Can you take a look at what’s going on there?

Same problem here, existing on various stores with different hosting parties.

    Hi Shane,

Sorry about that – I’m not sure why the link isn’t working for you. However, I also just found out that the checkout page ONLY doesn’t work if you are a logged in user. I just checked that it worked when logged out. Will you be able to create an account to see if the checkout page is infinitely loading for you too? Sorry for the extra step. The homepage url is https://bebbletesting.com.au/greengifts/ to create an account. When your account is created you can go straight to the checkout page. So sorry for the inconvenience.

    Thank you in advance!

Issue on my side occurs regardless of logged in- or not

    Hi,

I have a feeling that it’s going to be a plugin conflict. That’s usually what’s going on if the behavior is different logged in vs. logged out.

Can you use WP Staging – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/ to create a duplicate site and then disable all the plugins aside from WooCommerce and switch to the Storefront theme and test. If that test goes well, then we know it’s a plugin conflict.

    Thank you.

@dielange is there anything in your error logs (if you keep error logs)?

The actual checkout page on your site loads fine and trying to checkout without filling in the info correctly refreshes the page with the missing address info notices. I can’t really test placing a proper order to see the problem, as I’d need to buy something.

Hello Claudiu, no error log, chrome inspector however is showing a 403 error for /wc_order_review (dont have the laptop in front of me now).

After some refreshing sometimes did go through to payment gateway. Issue occured before that and not even able to select payment method.

    Hi there,

I tried creating a test woo account on your site and went through checkout. Everything loaded smoothly for me and was able to choose between PayPal and Stripe. However, I did notice that the Stripe fields were a bit off and can’t click into them:

For both issues, I would highly recommend creating a staging site using this plugin WP Staging (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/). This creates a copy of your live site where you can make tests without affecting your live site.

Then, do a full conflict test where all plugins except for two – WooCommerce and Stripe – are deactivated and switch theme to Storefront to see if that helps with the sTripe issue and the loading issue.

    Cheers,
    Yuki
