endless loading while generating

  • Hi, I’m using a wordpress 4.5.4 and woocommerce 2.2.10 and I have the following problem:

    when i reach the final stage of the process instead of generating the coupons it’s struck at 0% (the icon on the right keeps moving instead as if the loading is in process)
    regardless no coupon is generated

    Is it due due to the version of wordpress i am using (since it’s compatible untill version 4.3.6) or it may be because of some other issue?

    Hi,

    I think this has to do with your outdated WC version. I don’t think it has to do with the WP version.

    My advise, update WC ??

    Hi,

    I’ve just tested this with the latest version of WC and it seems to work for me. Can you check your error log for any errors related to the plugin?
