endless loop problem with upgrade to 2.0.3

    Stuck in endless loop:

    Your database is out-of-date. Please upgrade.

    The next screen says the upgrade was successful, but next time I attempt to log in, I’m prompted with the same messge to upgrade again.

    I’ve cleared cache (browser too).

    How I upgraded:

    copied all new files (overwriting old files) to the wordpress directory (except for everything in my theme directory – using default theme).

    Am I missing something?
