    Processing of payment is endless, here is screenshot: https://prnt.sc/q14wq3

    When I switch to another tab and comeback i see message that payment is cannot be processed and i need to try later: https://prnt.sc/q14xcc

    What is wrong with this? This is problem with my setting in stripe account? My credit card or plugin itself? I did everything accounrdin to instruction

    There’s many reasons why this could happen. Do you have a link to your site so I can take a look and see what might be the issue?

    Hi @webhk,

    I think a few things would be important to have from you. First, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Second, I would then enable logging under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and select Manage next to Stripe. Then at the bottom of those settings you’ll see a checkbox to enable Logging.

    Then if any errors are logged you’ll find those under WooCommerce > Status > Logs tab. There will be a Stripe log for every day that logging is enabled.
