Endless Redirection after CSV export

After exporting CSV that somehow contained empty lines with only comma I have found in the Redirections list couple pages of redirections from / to / which gives Homepage endless redirections chain. Please create another condition on export so that empty lines in CSV would be ignored. Thanks!
