    Hello,

My issue is a bit of an odd one in that I’m not sure what to do. So on my mom’s computer and phone (both mac and windows) whenever she tries to login the page just says “Security check” and doesn’t go anywhere. But if I login on my computer on her account (and other accounts) it lets me login fine. I assume it’s an issue with the plugin and since there’s not really an error generated I’m not sure what to do.

    Hi bonesteelkat!
“Security check” error is related to a failure during WordPress nonce verification and I guess is due to a small bug that I have fixed on the new release that you’ll find available in few minutes.

Please, let me know if the new release solves your problem.

    Thanks,
    Christian

    Hey,

Thanks for getting back to me! I updated the plugin but I’m still having an issue where the screen is now just white and doesn’t load anything. I completely forgot to mention that I had added some code myself to do other things with the plugin but I didn’t mess with the login. I also noticed that a really weird thing happens where when I login to my wp-admin account that the separate login page won’t even load, but when I log out and try the plugin login I can get to the login page but it just go to a white screen after trying to login. I don’t know if sending my code would help you but I can do that.

    Thanks for your time!

Edit: I just realized that I missed editing one of the $wpdb to make it my db name. But ignoring my last reply, I am still getting the same security check error (with weird login issue).

As you said here, “security check error” is not attributable to Separate Login Plugin. So you should investigate your custom code.

    Bye,
    Christian
