Endnotes, images, and bold font

This looks like a great plugin for anyone who is posting straight text!
Unfortunately, I can’t use it at the moment on either of the two sites I’m building because, on one, it doesn’t show the endnotes at the end of a post, while on the other, it just produces a hyperlink where the images should be. In other words, the plugin works the same for me whether immersive mode is on or off (I also get some text after the images in bold).
It would be great if you could solve these issues!
