Endpoint has been deprecated

  • I receive the following error when clicking “Step 2: Get Permissions”

    ERROR: This endpoint has been deprecated. To temporarily reenable it, you may disable the “august_2012” platform migration. It will be disabled permanently on August 1, 2012.

    Since that date has passed it seems its now permanently disabled. Has anyone received this error and found a workaround?
