Nothing… the same Enfold options panel is displayed.
Enfold theme is fully compatible with WPML, there is some PHP I saw that are done for this.

If it work with WPML it should work with Polylang. See: Compatibility with the WPML API.

Many users use Enfold + Polylang.
You can ask to this user about how he set up Polylang in Enfold:

Or you can ask to the theme author. As its a premium theme I can’t help more.
