Enforcing a numeric-onlu URL

  • How can I enforce a numerical-only URL’s across the entire website site knowing that I am running WordPress mu 3.0.1 and I need all new blogs to be forced or default to numerical-only URL.

    Now the documentation says that WP by default is numerical only, but mine, for some reason is defaulting to date & name.
