I have noticed within GA4 80% of the sites that I have Site Kit running have their engagement rate sink sharply (greater than 60% drop) on Nov 13 and stay at that level. Sites running GA4 without site kit, are not seeing this issue.

When you break down the metrics, number of page views per visit, and average time on site has not changed at all. They are steady as can be on that date and since.

At first, I thought this was due to the recent WordPress update to 6.7, but not all of those sites were updated. There were no new additions to those sites at all over the last week.

Hi there @gooddays24, thanks for getting in touch and sharing your issue you’ve been having with Analytics. As mentioned above by @kubick, this could be due to consent mode not being configured or configured correctly but without having your site URL I can’t confirm this.

If you are still facing issues then I’d be happy to look into this further for you. Please could you share your Site Health information. You can use this form?to share privately if preferred.?Once you have shared this information I can check your site and setup to see if anything stands out and suggest some next steps for you to take. Let me know if you have any questions.

@gooddays24 I just wanted to check back in with you to see if your Analytics data is now as expected? If you are still facing this issue let me know and I can check everything on your side to see if I can see anything unusual.

Wow, thanks so much for following up. It’s rare to even see paid plugin support do a follow up.

Turns out it was a Google Analytics data migration issue that just took time to catch up. About 5 days later all the older data caught up.

Everything is now working as expected.

I appreciate you and the Site Kit plugin is fantastic.

@gooddays24 No problem at all and I am glad to hear that the issue is now resolved for you. If you run into any further issues with Site Kit then please do open a new support topic and we will be happy to help!

Thanks for the kind words and I wish you all the best with your website.
