[ENGLAND/UK] The DHL plugin is not supported in your store’s “Base Location”

    Hi,

    How is it possible that this plugin still has no support available for England? When will it be available?

    Over 3 weeks not a single response, fantastic support! Yet I see comments on other threads which suggests to me DHL have failed to meet their December release??
