english dashboard

I’m using this theme and like it really .
My only problem with it is the dashboard language.
I’m making a website for an Arabian customer but my customer wants the website language in Arabic and the dashboard in English.
Now, when I change the website language the dashboard language changes also to Arabic.
Is there a way to change just the website language and leave the dashboard language in English????
