English/dutch email

  • hi, I’m using WPML for my website. Now my customers only get the dutch text in the confirmation email. How can I fix that customers that buy from the dutch site receive a dutch email and if they buy from the English site, they receive an English email?

    And where can I find the content text to translate? Can’t find it in WPML. Thanks

    Hello @poesch

    You may need to contact WPML to determine if the plugin can translate the additional content from the email customizer and how to ensure users get the translated emails.

    @poesch I have my mails in dutch and french so it should work for you. Have you tried looking the exact text up in the stringtranslator of WPML? Also select the option “include translations”
