English or Swedish version?

    I am planning to run a .se site in swedish, little text, few pages, it will function as a CMS, not a blog. I have no problem reading or understanding english. My question is: does it make a difference which version I install and whether I use the swedish language files or not..? What exactly would be in Swedish anyways, just the admin pages..? Thanks!
