    Hi
Could you resave your Polylang settings and provide a link to your website?

    Hi!

Could you provide a link to your website?

I have added the us flag manually at the moment, as this site sells and is productive ??

You don’t use the Polylang flags. So please put your custom flags in the /wp-content/polylang/ directory (create the directory if it does not exist).
Then go in Polylang settings and click on save changes.

Sorry? Sure I am using them – at least the spanish and french flags are generated by the system and the us should also, but this disappears as I said (so I put them there manually).
Here you will find a link to a screen shot, which shows that the engl. language does not appear right within the config panel as the language code is missing (even when I enter it, it will not be saved). And this happens right after the update to the latest version: https://biotulin.com/prbl-1.jpg

Side note @chrystl Could you please arrange with @chouby to get your account added to this plugin as a “plugin contributor”?

While it is apparent to moderators that you are sitting next to the author or using the exact same PC with a different account, it is not obvious to the people you’re helping. ??

I just activated the polylang widget at the bottom of the page – there you also can see that some flags are missing: https://biotulin.com/

    Hi
Yes it’s true that Chouby and I share the same Internet connection. However, I believe that making me a “Plugin contributor” would create more expectations than I can offer to users. Unless it disturbs moderators, I would prefer to keep my status as is.

    @mtwoffice
Could you edit your english language and to add the en_US in “Sprachdatei”? Your “Sprachdatei” must not be empty.

    Thread Starter MTWOFFICE

    (@mtwoffice)

Chrystl, I can edit it, but the changes are getting not saved. After update the language file is empty again

Could you try to edit it with:
    * Your theme + Polylang + no other plugins?
    If it fails:
    * Twenty fifteen + Polylang + no other plugins?

Maybe early morning (it’s a productive site)
But, I miss the US (UK) flag also within the backend. Therefor the template could not be the reason

In your DB go in the wp_terms table find the term_id of your both language: i.e: https://nimb.ws/5rqwfo
Then go in the wp_term_taxonomy table and check if in the description you see the locale: i.e: https://nimb.ws/WhQGlC

If not there is a problem with the DB.

Sorry, was away for some days.

Today I have add a new category within the posts for German language, than I tried to enter an english translation for it, without any success, But I am able to set up the french and spanish translation for it.

Could you give me the complete list of your languages, since your site is no more accessible?

In the wp_terms table, have you an entry pll_en (slug column) and an entry uk (slug column)?
