English with ‘UK’

    Hi
    Thanks for a nifty plugin!
    I want ‘English’ in my secondary menu to appear without the ‘(UK)’ on the end.

    This is very restrictive because my target audience are English speakers in Europe, so I don’t want the ‘UK’ label.

    Can you show me how to remove this in the PHP, and could you consider an ‘English’ on-its-own language option?
