[ENH] noscript alternative for js elements

Hi,
this is not a bug request, but an idea.
I’d like to have a box in case the elementor widget/element is using javascript to insert an alternative for noscript. It could be pure html.
I didn’t find the word noscript neither in the support forum nor on your pages FAQ & Docu.
So what do you think?
Or is there already a solution for this?
