[Enhance] Please remove special characters from images

As a premium user, main problem we have is that NextGen is using custom media uploader, so if we are using plugin from wp repository for cleaning names -> nothing will happen, images will have special characters in name.
– it can cause conflicts, website transfer, etc…

– So please make it work with other plugins like Clean Image Filenames or create Option/Settings to remove special characters before or after upload.
