Enhance the limit and paginate

This is a very useful plug-in. But it has to problems for me that I would like some help to solve.
1. Apparently it has a limit of records behind it stops to work, and because of that it doesn’t show noting any more
2. It will be nice if it can jump to an other page after 30 or 40 records listed.
