    Hi, I am using the Enhanced Ecommerce Google Analytics for WooCommerce Plugin and all was fine until July 17th when suddenly eCommerce Data stopped showing up in my GA account (I only found out now).

    I read somewhere that the free version of the plugin isn’t compatible with the Borlabs Cookie Plugin? However, eCom data showed up just fine in Google Analytics up until July 17th and the last time that the Tatvic EE plugin was updated was in April. So why did it work then and suddenly stopped when the plugin wasn’t changed? I haven’t changed any settings in Borlabs in regards to Google Analytics since then.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @ytram,

    Thanks for posting us..!!

    Yes, our free plugin is not compatible with the Borlabs cookies and in your case, it seems that our plugin was working regardless of the user gives his/her consent.

    And to find out the reason why tracking is not working in your store I made a test order of id 235478 and observed that there are js errors occurring at each page blocking the plugin’s tracking code. Checkout page screenshot, Thankyou page screenshot for your reference.

    Please resolve these JS errors so that the tracking code via our plugin gets loaded and tracks the required data.
