Enhancement

Hi, really like this and it works really well.

Would it be possible to have something visual happen whilst the save is taking place so that the user knows something is happening. Maybe do an overlay and change the mouse pointer to a waiting cursor until the Saved popup appears.

I would be happy to pay for this to be added if that would help get it done sooner.
