Enhancement: Import tags from Flickr

Here’s a suggestion for additional functionality of the plugin that would allow importing tags from Flickr (and possibly other sources).
Users could point the plugin to an URL with tags on Flickr and then select the ones to import/add.
Example of a Flickr URL with tags: https://www.flickr.com/photos/printhousecorp/alltags/
