    Issue:

Avada installs the cookie, privacy_embeds, into a user’s browser when the user accepts the website’s cookie policy. The associated website privacy banner disappears as well.

Unfortunately, when SGO’s Full Page Caching is being used, the banner also disappears for website visitors around the world.

    Solution:

After conducting several tests, it appears above issue can be fixed by adding the following line entry to your plugin file, cloudflare-worker.tpl:

    'privacy_embeds',

    Details: Click here.

    Request:

To prevent the above issue, can you guys kindly incorporate the above solution into your plugin at next convenient revision level? It would be helpful to many.

    Thank you!

    Best Approach:

On second thought, adding a new caching feature to your plugin, titled “Never Cache Cookies,” will keep your developers from constantly adding cookies to the above file.

    Example: Click here.

    Thank you!

Please, use one of the many plugins that do cookie consent right, we won’t be applying any changes in our system regarding cookies because that behaviour is intended completely by design.
