    Good Day,

When we click on “Purge Cache” or “Purge SG Cache” we never receive feedback such as “Cache Purged“, thus we’re not sure if your plugin is working properly or our cache is actually purged.

Can you guys kindly add some form of feedback to these buttons or links? It would be very helpful.

    Thank you!

    Hello @generosus,

    Thank you for the feedback.

I have tested both purge cache options and the one available via our “SG Optimizer” -> “Caching” -> Manual Cache Purge does generate a notice as intended. Each environment is specific on its own, thus we would either need access to a cloned version of the website for further investigation or you could contact us via a ticket so we could get a closer look.

Regarding a confirmation notification for the “Purge SG Cache” action in the admin bar, I will ask our developers to review the request and consider it as a future improvement to the plugin.

    Best Regards,

    Hi @k3llanved,

Thank you for the quick reply.

Again, we can confirm there is no feedback when we click the manual “Purge Cache” button.

We will contact SG via ticket and update this topic accordingly for the benefit of others who may be experiencing the same issue.

    Again, thank you.

    Thank you @generosus,

We resolved the issue, and the button shows the message correctly when you purge the cache.

The problem was not related to the plugin but to a specific setting on your hosting plan. You can see more information in the ticket you submitted.

    Hi Pavel,

Thank you. We can confirm the reported issue is solved.

All that remains now is to provide similar feedback when we click SGO’s “Purge SG Cache” button (hyperlink) at the top of our WP dashboard menu.

    Again, thank you.

Thank you for your confirmation @generosus,

The feedback in question was brought to the attention of our developers. If they decide to implement such a notification it will be introduced in a future plugin release.
