Enigma Premium – Problems Uploading zip file

Hi all

Hoping for some support! I’m hosting with 1 & 1.

I am experiencing issues with the Enigma Premium theme that I downloaded today, and getting the zip file to upload successfully.

The error message I am receiving is as follows:

The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini

After spending along time searching the web for a solution, a way around this is to change the php.ini file via FTP (I am using Filezilla). I tried to change php.ini internal code to:

upload_max_filesize = 64M;
post_max_size = 32M;

However, the error message I am receiving via Filezilla is as follows:

Response: 550 php.ini: Permission denied
Error: Critical file transfer error

Any ideas how I can get around this? I’m somewhat of a newbie also so keep it simple if possible ;o)
