• On my enigma slider, everything works fine on a computer, but I’m having trouble with the slider on a mobile phone. The main slider image seems to resize perfectly, but the layers that come across on top are not sizing down. There is a “Learn More” button that needs to be displayed on the mobile version of the slider, but it gets cut off and doesn’t show. I’ve tried several other support posts recommendations for CSS codes, but nothing seems to resize these layers so you can get to my “Learn More” button. Please advise.

    I attempted to register for the Premium Theme Forum early today, but have yet to receive the confirmation email. Customer service seems to be lacking here. Why can’t you just answer my question here?

    How about you help me THEME AUTHOR instead of dumping me off? I’ve been waiting on a confirmation email ALL DAY. I just need to fix a problem with my slider, but I’m not getting an appropriate response. How long does it take for my registration to be approved? What if I’m not receiving emails from support like I should? The box is checked to receive email notifications of post follow-ups, but I’m not getting those either. Perhaps there is a problem you can help with here.

    I won’t resort to insults or inappropriate language, although I’m feeling very close. I’m extremely frustrated that I’m not getting (1) an appropriate response for help, and/or (2) the authorization email confirming my registration for the premium theme support.

    What must I do to get someone to respond? I’ve waited a day and a half for my authorization email to arrive and NO ONE is responding to my multiple requests. I just want to be able to (1) get an answer to my question, or (2) receive my confirmation email so I can log into premium theme support. Can ANYONE respond?
