    Hi team,
    Many weeks ago, I was trying to prevent WP Forms from loading recapcha on all pages. This was causing site speed issues as the website was calling out on all pages to recapcha.

    Now the issue I have now is completely my own fault. I remember adding some code somewhere which fixed this issue, but now see that I am getting the below error when I am logged in to the front end;

    Heads up! WPForms has detected an issue with JavaScript on this page. JavaScript is required for this form to work properly, so this form may not work as expected. See our troubleshooting guide to learn more or contact support.
    This message is only displayed to site administrators.

    I seem to remember something to do with enqueue or dequeue or deferring the JS, but despite this, I cannot seem to find the code I added. Its not in the functions.php or style sheet or anywhere I can recall in the WP Forms Plugin code.

    As I am not a coder, I wonder if someone smarter than me could please cremind me where this code is, so that I can remove it.

    Thanks in advance

  • Hello @troyw2015,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Do you happen to have a Snippet plugin active on your site?

    If so, it might be worth checking if you added the code through the said plugin as that is one of the ways we suggest users to add some custom snippets on their site.

    I hope this helps.

    Hey @troyw2015,

    To narrow down the issue to a specific plugin or the site theme, please try the steps described in our detailed guide on how to test for plugin/theme conflicts.

    Hope this helps!
