Enquing Multiple JS and CSS Files to my WP Theme

Hello everyone, am learning how to develop wordpress themes, i have one issue i would like someone to clarify for me before i proceed, i want to convert responsive bootstrap templates to WP themes, normally a bootstrap template comes with several CSS files eg style.css,swipebox.css, bootstrap CSS file etc (maybe three CSS files). Javascript folder will also have several files eg jquery.mixitup.min, jquery.swipebox.min, move-top (upto maybe five JS files). How do i link all these CSS and JS files to my WP theme without losing the functionality i have with the static bootstrap template? Please help!
