    Hi @spmvision, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

    This generally happens due to theme conflict issue. Just to be sure, switch to some default theme like twenty Sixteen and check.

    Also, please share the screenshot of the settings page, so we can assist you with this. Please do keep us posted regarding the plugin deactivation result.

    Hello

    We are in the middle of trying to complete the website, I can’t switch while developing.

    I think I informed you we use the elementor Hello theme it is a free theme and has millions of users on it.

    maybe it is your plugin not compatible with Elementor ? Please confirm so I can locate another solution.

    Thank you

    Hi @spmvision, After testing our plugin with the “Hello Elementor” theme active, we’ve confirmed that the “Send enquiry” button appears as expected. You can check the video here https://app.screencastify.com/v3/watch/SX2RYNww958F4ikN6BYN. This indicates that there’s no compatibility issue between our plugin and the active theme on your end.

    Since you’re experiencing an issue on your end, we assume you’ve designed your page with Elementor. In this case, there’s no need to worry. Simply add the shared shortcode below for the page editing with Elementor to ensure the “enquiry button” appears on the page.
    <code>
    [wce_enquiry_button]
    </code>
    Let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.

    Thanks for your reply, sorry I was in an expo and now we have the test site online but I don’t know where to add the code you mention.

    I edit the single product page – with elementor when I add your shortcode it says “Add to Cart”

    When I click it the screen refreshes and thats it.

    Please assist, thank you
