Enquiry form stuck on loading

    After filling out the enquiry form and clicking enquire, the page is stuck loading. No enquiry is sent and the page does not get redirected. I have checked for updates, and all plugins are up to date.

    Hi @nandinidesigns, sorry to hear that.

    It seems like there is some issue in your site caused by some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, please disable all the other plugins except WooCommerce and WC Catalog Enquiry. If the issue still exist, please switch the theme to some default theme like Twenty Sixteen and check again.
