Hi! I get stuck at a very simple step (I guess) and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

I’m working without memberships, with a single purchase. I have the premium version and integration with WooCommerce enabled.

I’m able to purchase a course, but how do I actually enroll? Ideally, this would happen automatically on purchase (honestly sounds like basic functionality), but I guess I’d consider sticking with the plugin if there’s some small manual actions attached, but I just genuinely can’t find where I can do this. I checked all settings and also all tabs of the user page. I tried looking it up online, but I don’t seem to be able to find this. Help!

(To be clear – I know admins and instructors can manually enroll students, but this doesn’t seem to in any way be related to the purchase)

    Hello @ontheothersite,

Apologies for the delay. Our support team is handling a high ticket volume diligently. Your understanding during these busy times is greatly appreciated.

When WooCommerce Payment is enabled, payment progress will be managed by WooCommerce directly. The courses will be assigned to the Students when the status of the order is completed.

Please note that not all payment gateways update the order status to “Completed”. Some may remain as “Processing” despite learners successfully making payments.

In similar situations, several third-party plugins can update the order status after receiving payment.

If you encounter any other issues, please provide the ticket ID so we can urgently troubleshoot the problem on your site.

We will wait for your reply.

    Kind regards

Hi! Appreciate your response. However, this is not happening. Please see my support ticket that I filed.

The order is completed, but the course just never shows up in the order. I don’t know why, but it’s just not working. Ticket number is Z79402.

Thank you, we’re working on it. For anyone who might face the same problem – it’s in incompatibility with our woocommerce field editor plugin (Woo Checkout Field Editor Pro), though we’re experiencing the same issue with other field editor plugins as well.

[Update] Found the issue: if HPOS setting is on in WooCommerce and you’re using a field editor plugin (this issue occurs with pretty much every plugin we tested, at least the ones that support dropdowns, since this was our problem) – the courses on order aren’t saved in a way MSLMS recognized them. Disable HPOS – problem solved!

    That is great to know!

Please do not hesitate to reach us out in case if there will be additional questions according to the LMS plugin settings

    Have a great day,
